K9 Arlo is a four-year-old German Shephard who always wanted to follow the footsteps of his elders and become a police K9. In 2019 that day would come true as he was partnered up with Deputy Tyler McCoy with the local Sheriff's Office.

That would tragically come to end in Jan 2021 when K9 Arlo was shot in the line of duty two times. Surgeons gave him 30% chance of survival but that didn't mean anything to K9 Arlo. K9 Arlo came back stronger than ever and is now retired. Retirement doesn't stop him from going out and meeting the public and being a mental health advocate!
